"Today was 50 cent corn dogs at Sonic. We waited in the drive thu for 15 minutes just to place our order and we were only 2nd in line to order. After 10 minutes of waiting, the car in front of us got tired of waiting and left without ordering. After finally being able to place our order, we waited another 10 minutes to pay and get our corn dogs. After all that waiting we finally had our food and jumped on the interstate to head home. When my daughter pulled a corn dog out of the bag, we were so disappointed to see that every single corn dog (8 of them) were burned, busted open and very dry. We were so extremely disappointed! At this point we're already on the interstate and didn't have the time to drive to the next exit, go back, and wait who knows how long for them to resolve the issue. This was a complete waste of our time and very disappointing. I could've just gone to Kroger and picked up some frozen corn dogs myself and cooked them in the oven for the exact same price, less of a wait, and they wouldn't have been burned... The worse part about the whole visit is that Sonic's corndogs are all individually wrapped, so whoever packed our bag knew every single corndog was burned as they continued to wrap them! Just plain pathetic! Extremely disappointing!!!!!"

"Very awful experience!! Please do not visit this location. The drive through clerk, other members including the manager not professional. No concern to correct my order. Laughed the entire time when I said I will contact corporate because of their non professional ways they treated me. Sound like they were having a party in the back ground on the clock. Manager would not correct the issue stated she don't wanna talk after I ask to replace my fries because now there is a wait! .She wouldn't even show her face! Left their without my order will never return to that location due to them young folks laughing in back ground refusing to get my order right after they tell me to pull down and wait. Ooh I forgot, my fries was getting cold because that was the only item that had correct. If I could rate them it would be nooo stars I would!!!"

"Last night, I went to your restaurant to pick up some shakes for my family, but my car battery died on me. A young man there, who was wearing glasses (I regret not getting his name), generously offered to help me jump-start my car. He even returned afterward to see if everything was alright once the car was running again. You have some wonderful employees, and thanks to this young man's kindness, I will definitely be visiting your restaurant more frequently."

"Great hot, fresh food with fast service. I went back today for lunch. Although they were busy, my order was taken quickly. I had the Double Meat Meal Cheeseburger and small fries, which were hot and freshly cooked. It was very good, and I’ll be returning soon—you should give it a try. Today, I also ordered a small Oreo Sonic Blast. It was delicious, though a bit pricey for the size. I visited again for a Sonic Cheeseburger Combo. It was very busy, and I had to wait about 20 minutes, but the food was hot and fresh when I received it. I’ll definitely come back, just not during lunch hours because it gets too crowded."

"Ordered on app. No food after 20 minutes. Was instructed through app to use Call Button. Pushed call button. Waited 10 minutes more and nothing. Finally I stopped a car hop, told her I what had happened (or not happened) and told her after 30 minutes, no food that I needed to leave. Asked her to cancel my order if it had even been received. She said Ok my debit card was billed $7.82 for nothing. Unimpressed. No faith in Sonic App or this specific Sonic. To many other choices. I'll bot with my wallet."

"I recently dined at this establishment for dinner and had an excellent experience. The meal was reasonably priced, falling between $10 and $20 per person. "This restaurant should be closed down and replaced by another company. The prices have gone up after inflation, but the quality of the food has improved. The atmosphere was cold and unwelcoming, and we were given smaller portions than we had requested. It took about 30 minutes for our food to be served. The kitchen seems unorganized and the staff are not efficient. Another review mentioned a negative experience from a former employee. "I placed an order online and the food was ready when I arrived at the restaurant. When I got home and started drinking my sweet iced tea Route 44 with cherry flavor and real cherries, I was disappointed to find that there were no real cherries in it. I would have returned to the store if I wasn't so far away. I will make sure to double-check my order next time. The service for takeout was lacking, but the food and atmosphere were good. Prices were affordable, ranging from $1 to $10 per person. Overall, I would give the food a 5, service a 1, and atmosphere a 5."

"I am posting here since Sonic doesn’t care to reach out regarding their poor customer service at this location.I am disappointed with the service I received. I placed a Sonic mobile order at 11:49am 9/07/22. I was that far from the sonic and arrived shortly and checked in on the app putting in stall 20. I saw my name popped up on the stall screen and proceeded to wait. All I ordered was a medium drink and a pretzel twist. It took about 20minutes before I received my order. I had to press the button and ask if my order was being made. It did not appear that busy at all due to not seeing very many cars in the stalls. They came out and handed me my food and I immediately checked it. There was no cheese dip in the bag for my pretzel so I called out saying there should have been some with it. She comes back out hands it to me and walks off. No apology or nothing. The cheese dip sauce she gave me was so cold I could barely dip my pretzel (not sure if that was on purpose or not). I was on my lunch break and they took a huge chunk of that time from me. I also noticed my receipt was reprinted so they either gave my meal to someone else or failed to even notice the order existed. Very disappointed and will more than likely not be visiting this location again due to the poor service and poor customer service."

"If I could give zero stars I would. 25 minutes ago we were the second car here and placed our order of shakes. 18 minutes ago it said it was being delivered. We have watched 8 other cars come and go with their drinks. We are still waiting. This is ridiculous. I understand short-staffed, but this is complete incompetence. "I visited Sonic on the evening of September 19, and although there were some issues with my order due to a few items being out of stock, the staff, particularly Trina, handled the situation exceptionally well! She was sincere in her apologies and attentive to our needs. I completely understand that things happen—I'm human too!
