"I've been a loyal customer for years and have never had any issues until my recent visit. I ordered a ham sandwich today, and when I got home, I was shocked at how thickly the ham was sliced—almost like it had been cut with a table saw! I specifically requested it to be sliced paper thin or shredded. Isn’t it just a matter of adjusting the slicer to get the cold cuts thinner? When I received my sandwich, it looked like a huge slab of rubber. I don’t understand why my request wasn’t followed. It’s my meal, after all, not yours! I ended up throwing the sandwich away and just eating the bread. I was really disappointed, especially since I was very hungry. Aside from this experience, I have no other complaints about the restaurant, but I think I’ll be avoiding the ham from now on."
