While the combination of capicola and Italian sausage might seem overly indulgent, the slaw and tomato provide a refreshing contrast that really balances the dish. The bread may appear quite thick at first, but it's surprisingly soft and holds up beautifully. I chose to have my fries served on the side instead of on the sandwich, and they are hand-cut and crispy, perfectly salted. A tip: add a thin slice of pickle. The acidity will help offset the sandwich's richness. Overall, the food is fantastic!"
