"Additionally, my take-out menu indicated that the pizza should be $4 cheaper. When I brought this up, they claimed it was an outdated menu, but they didn’t even have current take-out menus available. It’s been two years! None of us enjoyed the pizza, and even the kids were asking, "Where's the paprika, Grandma?"
What really bothered me, though, was that there was no apology when I called to express my concerns. Yes, we added pepperoni to the pizza, but this made us feel overlooked as customers. The bartenders could also use a bit more friendliness; it felt like they were unhappy to be there. Tips depend on good customer service and quality food, and while I did leave a tip, you've lost a loyal customer. I really hope you can improve!"
