"Hands down my favorite pizza place in the Atlanta. The staff is very friendly, it’s right up the block and the pizza is delicious. They also make a really good eggplant parmigiana. Everything is always consistent and a lot of locals come here, lots of regulars that the staff treat like family. The atmosphere is very cozy and a little on the small side in winter. The menu is simple, but a prefer a few things that are done really well to a lot of choices that are so-so. I’ve never been disappointed here, Avellino’s always makes great pizza."
