"Extremely disappointing experience and unprofessional conduct from the staff and owner. I highly advise against visiting this restaurant. We ordered chicken wings, which were dry and unsatisfactory. We had to wait a long time for our food to be replaced, and overall the service was terrible. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
Additionally, the owner's response to my review was very unprofessional. I pointed out the poor quality of the food and the unacceptable service, yet he focused solely on the cooking time, claiming it was 15 minutes. However, we waited over 90 minutes. Eventually, they offered to reduce the charges for the chicken wings by 50% due to their poor quality, but it felt like they were trying to sell subpar, outdated food. We weren't asking for free meals; we simply wanted to receive quality food for the price we paid, and unfortunately, we missed reading the negative reviews prior to our visit. This was the worst restaurant experience I've ever encountered in my life, marked by abysmal service."
