"Our food hadn’t come out for an hour and our server walked by 4 times without noticing or even looking in our direction. He walked by so quickly we couldn’t even ask him to check on it. Finally had to ask the bartender and our server came back to apologize profusely that our food seemed to have been sent to the wrong table. The manager then brought our food out 5-10 minutes later and it was undercooked. Scallops were cold in the middle and steak was medium rare at most. Raw seafood is concerning for a pregnant woman so I had to let the server know. He took the scallops from my plate and the kitchen cooked them for longer. Our food was clearly rushed out and undercooked due to the restaurant’s error. After all of that, the manager said “we are looking into what happened” and that was it. Our bill with nonalcoholic drinks, an appetizer, and the two most expensive entrées on the menu was full price and we weren’t even offered a complimentary dessert. Also very crowded in the restaurant and difficult to even walk through the aisles to the bathroom. Friends gave this place high recommendations so we were excited to finally try it. The food was good after the correction but very disappointed by their customer service."
