"Delivery review This might be Exhibit A in why I 'm making more of an effort to sort through the places we order from when we order. We 're kind of in a delivery-heavy phase the last few weeks for a couple reasons, and this is giving me time and occasion to take notes on everything we order. This place is so much better than I thought I remembered, and I 'm grateful for the chance to remind myself (at the very least) of how good it was. Fried Shu Mei These had a fruity-sweet tanginess to them, but otherwise were the usual savory dish you 'd expect...just with bigger and more interesting flavors than a lot of shu mei. And I *love* shu mei, so this is not an easy list to get to the top of, at least with me. Not the biggest portion but super delicious. Garlic Chicken Wings Appetizer. These were cooked absolutely perfectly--a little bit of crisp to the skin, perfectly moist and tender inside, no grease, no nothing. No sauce on 'em, so they are open to blasting with your own hot sauce inventory to boost them up. Good garlic flavor. Easy to order again for sure. Grilled Pork Belly This one stuck in our heads as disappointing, but it certainly is NOT that. Not too much marbling, truly crisped outside, great flavors. Lots of spicy green beans with it. Decadent savory treat. Garlic Chicken Entree. Tons of brightly-colored crunchy vegetables--exactly the way I like veg cooked in 90% of cooked food that has them. Chicken kinda seemed like bits and pieces, rather than carefully-cubed bites, but there 's plenty of it and it 's all cooked evenly and just how ya want it. The menu literally says with a ton of garlic, which makes me think someone who grew up here wrote the descriptions. It fits! This dish is super garlicy and reminds you why heaps of garlic are often the exact right choice for seasoning a dish. These guys get SWAMPED with orders and customers at peak dining hour. Food took a while, but we knew it would. Not sure why the low ratings on Yelp. It 's rated highly on the apps and the food we got was everything we could ask for. Maybe too Americanized or too fusiony? I 'll happily eat here again even if it is non-traditional."
