"Even though we put in a reservation ahead of time, we were still seated 40 minutes after our reservation even though there were plenty of tables. We had to keep asking for an update. Otherwise we were basically ignored, even when asked how much longer it would be. They weren’t even that full or busy in the dining area. Finally, we were offered a single rounded booth for all of us to squeeze into. As we were being seated, I noticed many empty tables not in use so I asked if we could just put together some of those empty tables. The hostess rolled her eyes, shrugged, and eventually agreed, though not without attitude. Someone from our party ordered chicken and it came out very undercooked. It had to be sent back. Best thing to come out of this place were the drinks (very good! and the rest of our food was decent but it was such a chore to get seated and to have something as basic as chicken come out undercooked left us with an overall bad experience, which is a shame because we were really looking forward to eating there."
