"We had the pleasure of having dinner with our favorite people in the working world. My guy Eric has a saying that has rubbed off on us over time. We trust you with our mouth We did just that at Waldo Thai. And while I have been coming here for years I have never asked Executive chef James Chang to pick what he feels is best for drinks and food. Think drinks with fish sauce and muscle pancakes. I have truly never experienced food like this man makes and that is coming from someone that is not normally a fan of seafood. My goodness is this the only place anyone should ever eat Thai in metro. Take a minute to ask the staff what they think is best. Understanding the culture and background to the food is important and it will help you experience it evermore.
