"My boyfriend and I visited El Camino last night for a quick drink while we waited for our dinner reservation. I don’t usually write reviews, but the poor service we received was hard to overlook. It was around 8:00 PM, and the restaurant was moderately busy with two bartenders working. We sat at the bar for about 15 minutes without anyone acknowledging us—there was not even a simple “we'll be with you shortly.” Both bartenders walked by us several times and made eye contact, yet neither spoke to us. I’ve had much better service in much busier bars with just one bartender. Frustrated and confused by the lack of attention, we decided to leave. I had previously thought the bar was a bit overpriced, but after this experience, I won’t be coming back or recommending it to anyone."
