"I absolutely adore Uncle Eddie's! I enjoyed my time on their outdoor terrace, where both the service and the food were outstanding. I can't praise the quality of the service and the food enough. I ordered a breakfast sandwich with eggs and bacon, and it was cooked to perfection and incredibly delicious. I also appreciated the attentiveness of the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure I had a wonderful dining experience. They were very respectful of my food allergies, which made me feel truly cared for—I've never felt so well taken care of at a restaurant before. It was clear they were genuinely happy to make sure my meal was just right for me, and I genuinely appreciated that. A big thank you to the amazing staff! On a side note, South Park has quickly become one of my favorite neighborhoods; there are so many fun places, and they're even hosting a great block party!"
