"During my visit to Key West, I encountered the worst customer service I've ever experienced. This destination is known for its relaxed and friendly atmosphere, but the man with glasses who took our orders was surprisingly rude. He didn’t provide any assistance with the names of the sandwiches and expected us to know exactly what to say. After we placed our orders, he turned his back on us without offering any information like, "Please wait for your order," "I'll be right back," or "Wait about 10 minutes, and I'll call you." We were left to figure everything out on our own. Additionally, he responded to any questions we had with a negative attitude. If you work in customer service, you should understand that not everyone is familiar with how things operate in the establishment. Overall, it was the absolute worst customer service experience!"
