"I had the worst dining experience ever at this restaurant. I visited with my two children just before 5:30 on a Tuesday and was seated in a quiet area of the dining room. We received our drinks and placed our food order without any issues, but despite making eye contact with the waitstaff, they never approached our table. I noticed a family of five seated in the same section, and they were being served drinks while we continued to wait. After 25 minutes of sitting there, I decided to leave. A piece of advice for the restaurant: train your servers to regularly check on their sections and ensure that hosts communicate with them about new tables right away instead of making us wait for so long."

"Great live entertainment and awesome food! (Really awesome food! They boast a fully raised stage with lighting and sound, booths, tables, and 2 levels, a bar and seating on each, plus outdoor seating with clear dividers, heating, and cover. We saw an excellent comedy set hosted by K Bell. I had a Reuben and my friend had the burger and fries. Great portions, perfect and fresh. The show was very well produced and included six 10 minute comedy acts. The bar was attentive and fully stocked. Great location we even spotted a senator down the street leaving a dinner party!"

"I would give this place zero stars if I could. First of all, a large rat ran across the bar while I was trying to get my drink. The bartender was incredibly rude and out of line. When a white customer bumped me out of my seat without acknowledging it, I approached the woman about what happened. Instead of addressing the issue, the bartender gave me a lecture, claiming she was drunk and that I should have left her alone. He even called me a troublemaker and ended up kicking my friends and me out, despite the fact that we had spent hundreds of dollars celebrating a friend's occasion. Grand Central should be reported to the health department, and there is a clear need for better security and training for both staff and customers."
