"We had a wonderful evening on the patio, but our experience was hindered by chaotic service. Despite numerous servers attending to our table, it felt disorganized. Our wine took a long time to arrive, and when it finally did, it was warm and no one bothered to pour it for us. It seemed like none of the waitstaff were on the same page. On a positive note, the food was good. I suggest some proper training for your staff to enhance the overall experience."
