"I had my first experience ordering from this restaurant last week while attending a class in the same building, and I found the food to be delicious. So, I decided to order again today during my class. However, when I inquired about the price of the chicken Philly wrap—since the menu listed a different price than what I was charged—the cashier responded defensively and combatively. She even remarked on how glad she was that these classes come and go. As a customer, her comments made me feel undervalued, as if those of us taking classes are lesser than the regular office staff. This experience completely soured my appetite for lunch. I believe she needs customer service training, and because of her disrespectful attitude, I won’t be eating here again."
