"During a conference, our group of 14, along with another group of 8, went to this restaurant for lunch. There were only 2 or 3 employees on duty due to some staffing issues that day. We were informed right away that they would be serving takeout containers only, but we were welcome to dine inside if we preferred. Despite the challenging circumstances, these employees worked incredibly hard, maintaining smiles and a positive attitude throughout. Their service was exceptional, and they never made us feel like we were a burden. They truly faced a tough situation but managed to keep their spirits high while delivering the same quality experience we would expect on any other day. Kudos to them! You were all fantastic! Thank you for such a wonderful experience!"

"we enjoyed blue moons rainbow open kitchen and we loved our menu choices. my was the chicken salad plate with the original and olive pimiento cheeses. superb! the personal was pleasant and the owner was a very personal guest. we love the story he told us about the “Geddy-up party mix”. you need to ask wishbone how much mix he has made to christmas, versus how much he does every week now! we brought a bag to the house and our daughter loved her! we look forward to the visit of the new location next time in the city! and the conversion behind was a student project that was coordinated by a large local artist (left) with a community-muralist! spartanburg's best!"

"We arrived at the Puffy Muffin expecting a long wait for brunch but instead were greeted by a case of pastries and pies, along with a quick table seating. The menu was plentiful, but we were set on breakfast. For starters, we shared the gravy fries with true, delicious sausage gravy. For the main, Eggs Benedict, because they only serve it on Saturdays. I would not go out of my way for the Benedict, but everyone enjoyed their meals and agreed the potato casserole was worth writing home for. We finished our coffees and debated on ordering a giant cinnamon roll for the road... Our stomachs opted out. The service was decent, there was one misunderstanding on a ticket, but was addressed. If in the area, I would recommend stopping into the Puffy Muffin for a pastry, coffee, and a quart of potato casserole to enjoy on the way home."

"While passing through, we were in search of a delicious bagel, and Beagle Bagel Cafe certainly did not disappoint! We ordered four items: 1) sausage, egg, and cheese on Asiago, 2) turkey, egg, and cheese on tomato basil, 3) bacon, egg, and cheese on everything, and my personal favorite, 4) veggie cream cheese on everything! These were the best bagels we've had in a long time! Thank you, Beagle Bagel Cafe! We only wish we lived closer!"

Parking: Free parking on Sunday.A buck fiddy an hour on Saturday.North side of buildings and water way M-SA, between typical business parking hours.Lots of on the street parking, clean in and out in most cases. "The food was not bad but I think overpriced for the products used. All the bread, croissants, etc are bought from like Walmart. I got the avocado toast and it was alright although a bit salty and way too over cooked. The main reason I am giving this place such a low rating is due to the service. The young guy that was taking care of us was absolutely terrible, dude didn’t write a single thing down and got my coffee order wrong. "This is my favorite spot for lunch. They have fantastic soups, sandwiches, and salads. Be sure to try the pie! I wanted to share an update on one of the salads the pie company is offering. The Fall Butternut Squash salad sounds delicious, but there's far too much kale in it. It's like trying to chew paper! It would be much better if it included a mix of other lettuces and less kale. Additionally, it could use more quinoa and squash. The dressing is tasty, but it’s thicker like a paste rather than a traditional dressing. This salad has all the makings of a great autumn dish, but it definitely needs some adjustments. I also had the cherry pie again, and it was good—though it could benefit from a bit more sweetness. Overall, it’s enjoyable!"
