"1) Access to the parking garage can be quite challenging. The license plate readers often malfunction, and when that happens, you have to use an app. Unfortunately, the QR code scanner sometimes fails as well. If neither option works, you’re left with no choice but to call a number for assistance, which often goes unanswered.
2) There are two entry/exit points for vehicles, but it seems like one is always out of service. This frequently causes significant congestion during busy times.
3) The frustration escalates when both of these issues occur simultaneously. If a single car in line can't enter or exit, it can hold up the entire queue for several minutes.
4) The elevators are in poor condition and are sometimes out of order.
Despite these issues, I hesitate to give a one-star rating because the yearly fee is affordable (around $40). I haven’t seen any suspicious activities, the views are nice, and it's a reasonable distance to campus if you’re using an electric scooter, skateboard, or OneWheel."
