"I am aware that they pay employees under the table. The kitchen is in very unsanitary condition; it's quite disgusting. When I first started working there, I noticed a lot of garbage that needed to be cleaned up. I offered to help scrub everything down, but it didn't improve much. The quality of the pizza dough is poor, and they don’t rotate their stock. Additionally, the management is quite rude and unprofessional."
