"I am done with PIZZA EMPIRE. There are too many choices in town for the same options. There is always something wrong. A month again, I asked in special requests to toss my wings in sauce...they don 't. I 'm traveling so I needed it for convenience. I called and was told by the manager that the kitchen doesn 't always ready the special requests in which I responded that that 's for her to manage. She then offered me a partial credit to have on file. A month later, I place an online order to have delivered (again for a crazy $3.50 delivery fee...I equate that as part of the tip, which they don 't). I call to have my credit applied. The manager (Eric) can 't locate it, does nothing to accommodate me...I ask to ensure the kitchen reads the requests which he reads back to me. My order is delivered and my soup is 3/4 full, fries are cold and salad container was open upon opening my bag. 7 years I have given this place my business and they continue to fail. Find your comfort food and spend your money elsewhere."
