"I genuinely believe this is a wonderful establishment. They were able to quickly prepare a vegan cake for me. The woman I spoke with on the phone provided clear instructions on how I could order a cake on such short notice, and she made it happen. However, I had a very negative experience with a male cashier who has long hair. He was incredibly rude to me, which is why I'm giving them less than 5 stars. His demeanor was so off-putting that I even felt the need to ask if everything was okay or if I had upset him. To make matters worse, when I went to pay, he spun the iPad kiosk around with such force that it nearly did a full 360-degree turn while asking me to choose my receipt type, and then he just walked away. Luckily, the woman assisting other customers was kind enough to smile and say, “We make vegan cakes really well, and I hope you enjoy it.” This really is a great business, but I believe some customer service training for that specific employee could significantly enhance the customer experience. Thank you very much for the delicious cake and the quick turnaround!"
