"This is the second time I've had a problem with the same barista, Katie. The first time, my order was incorrect and, instead of helping to resolve the issue, she told me I would have to go back to the end of the line. This time, we had been waiting for quite a while in the drive-thru when another car pulled in from the road. Rather than taking our order first, Katie allowed that car to skip ahead of multiple vehicles. When I brought it to her attention, she simply shrugged it off and said, “Oh well, things happen.” It's truly disappointing to see such poor customer service from her, especially when the rest of the staff provide excellent service."
