"I experienced the worst service ever! When I called back to address my issue, I explained that the cheese on my pizza wasn't even melted. They insisted that the pizza had been sitting for 20 minutes, but I was outside the entire time and even had hotel staff who could confirm this. I've never had such poor quality pizza before, not even from frozen options. When I called to explain my concern, the staff on the phone cursed at me and insisted I was wrong. I would never recommend this place! To make matters worse, I later discovered that the dough wasn't even fully cooked. If I could give this place -20 stars, I would, and that would be generous! I’d rather have a Lunchable than order from here again!"
