However, if you’re looking for more variety, you'll need to customize your own bowl or modify another pre-made option to make it vegan. I tried the Shroomami bowl, and it was delicious. The staff doesn't seem to prepare this dish frequently, so I had to remind them to add the tofu and mushrooms, which was a bit amusing. Overall, I would recommend it! However, the focaccia and sweet potato sides aren’t really worth your time. Just a heads-up, it does get quite busy during lunch hours, so plan accordingly."
