"Four regular construction workers came in really hungry, hoping to enjoy a good meal. We noticed the restaurant had decent ratings, so we decided to give it a try. Upon entering, the host informed us there would be a ten-minute wait for a table, or we could sit at the bar. We opted to wait and, after ten minutes, two men walked in. To our surprise, the waiter gave our reserved table to them, despite them acknowledging it was a mistake. I truly never expected to encounter such poor customer service! We were ready to spend money and were very hungry, but it felt like the staff didn’t care. They seemed disinterested in providing a good experience. We ended up going to HON SUSHI instead, and it was a much better experience with excellent customer service and quick service. They really value their customers, so I recommend checking them out before going anywhere else!"
