"We were seated and waited 15 minutes before someone took our order. We were not given napkins or silverware. waitress and waiter were arguing who was going to take care of our table in front of us. They brought our food and we were not offer a refill on our drinks nor condiments. Our waiter never came to check on us. Just to bring the bill. The waiter and waitress passed by our table many times seeing we haven’t touched our food waiting for someone to come by and asked if everything was ok … This is the first time we come to this establishment and the last after this experience."
