"My wife and I chose to try The Matheson for our anniversary and the evening was delightful. I'll start with the staff they did a fine job. They were friendly and very professional. They didn't linger at the table, they stayed focused on making our dining experience very comfortable. We did the 6 course chef's selection and every course was wonderful until we got to the trout which, for my wife and myself was shear perfection. Everything was really lovely. Great flavor combinations and of course everyone will wonder if we would go back and the answer is a resounding YES."
