"Need more help, once this place is fully staffed it will be even better, but simple accommodations like where you sit can’t be met because the bartenders are also the wait staff currently. The place is well decorated and higher end for Mexican food. The crowd it draws also seems nice. Loved that there is a senior menu although I am not a senior, I can see my mother in law liking this. "I ordered pancakes and they were gross. They were thick and under cooked. Then we went to pay and took our ticket and took the ticket off anther table. The supervisor made me pay a 20 percent gratuity tip on the other table. We left a tip for our server. I also thought that leaving a tip is optional. That supervisor said we had to pay a tip for someone else and she was very rude. What happened to the customer always being right? People like her should not be in that position. She does not know how to treat people."

Husband likes the bacon they serve, I like mainly the smeared green Chile breakfast Burritos (homemade potatoes), Chile Rellenos plate is delish.... etc. and an additional pleasure is a free piece of fruit cake with dinner meals. "In January 2020, my partner and I, along with another couple, went there for breakfast. The food appeared to have been sitting out for hours, and when one of us ordered a sandwich, it took an eternity for it to arrive. When it finally did, it wasn't made correctly, so he politely asked to have the garnish removed. She insisted on taking it back to fix it, but when they returned, it was still not suitable. By that point, we lost our appetite as the food was unappetizing. After trying to explain that we couldn’t eat what was served, the new owners reacted by throwing things around in the kitchen and loudly arguing with their staff, creating a scene that was uncomfortable for everyone. We didn't dispute paying for our meal, but all we wanted was to pay for what we could consume. Instead, we felt compelled to stand in silence while they continued their commotion. Eventually, they tore up the bill, and all four of us agreed to leave without paying for something we couldn’t eat. The commotion had drawn the attention of everyone in the restaurant, and we were reluctant to leave, fearing they might accuse us of not paying. Sadly, I can’t recommend this restaurant anymore, nor do I plan to return. I would leave my name, but I know too many people who might recognize my experience if they ask."

"A coworker recommended Ni Nidito, and i am glad we stopped by . I knew we were in for a treat as there was a waiting list for lunch , and i was right . Hands down the best Mexican food I've had to date. Fresh very flavorful , and absolutely delicious. The margarita was fantastic. Wife and i split a cheese crisp with green chiles and the presidential plate and took home left overs due to the generous portions. The guacamole was spot on.Jerry was delightfully pleasant as he checked on us often to make sure we had what we needed . Please ignore the reviews from the me monsters . A good restaurant has a wait . Fresh food takes tome to prepare. If you are expecting fast food , then find a place with a dive thru .We will be back !!!!!! "So glad I got this recommendation! Just the kind of comfortable place I like, but hard to find when passing thru town. Get off 64 and come eat with the locals. As a Texan, I’m not usually down w paying for chips, but I’m glad I did. The salsa is so good, rich and complex in flavor, and made me sweat a little. I had Xmas style carnitas enchiladas, but prefer the Red. Bonus, Refried beans instead of just pintos. Sopapillas were soft and fluffy and flaky with REAL honey! Seems like some really cool and nice people working here. Family atmosphere. I saw some regulars getting hugs from them. I’d be here every week if I lived close by."

"I’m very picky about my green chili so I reluctantly ordered it for lunch today at El Bravo and was pleasantly surprised. Delicious food and very pleasant staff just wish I lived or worked closer.I would ignore the comments that talk about lacking authenticity as those comments are ignorant like all Mexican regions have the same style food. Makes as much sense as someone going to a southern restaurant in the U.S. and expecting it to taste like a restaurant on the west coast and claiming their American food lacks authenticity when the south is clearly different than the west coast, which is different from midwest which is different from the northeast, etc.Many who live in Arizona and have ties to Mexico (which is many of us) simply think all Mexican food should taste like what they ate growing up which is obviously influenced by where in Mexico our exposure was, not tasting like what these people grew up on does not mean it lacks authenticity."

"This establishment should be shutdown!!! My wife and I stopped here around 7 pm tonight she had the #20 and I ordered #2 then 2 extra tacos with guacamole. With drinks came to about $49. We live 13 mins away. When we began to eat, the beans were so spoiled that they tasted sour, the rice was the same. We each had one of the tacos that came with the #2, when we tried the tacos with the guacamole, the guacamole was bad. When I called the restaurant, first the cook told the lady to tell me it was because it was in the car too long!!! When I told her how close we lived, he told her that he just gave us what was left because they close at 8 pm. This was and is totally, and completely unacceptable. He should had made fresh food or just told us they were out!!!! But to serve us spoiled food just to get rid of it, there are no words to even begin to make that ok. Even if we spent $1, this is not ok!!! But $49, this is unreal that their employees would think you can just serve someone rotten (literally) food!!! I will be speaking with the authorities tomorrow."

"This restaurant is quite small, with about five small tables inside and around four outside. It’s impeccably clean. The gentleman working at the front, Ceaser, is very friendly. He speaks a little English, but I was able to communicate my order without any issues. Everything we tried was fantastic. I had the meatball soup, which was wonderful. We also enjoyed some beans and chips as a side, and they were delicious. My husband ordered beef in red sauce and found it excellent. We even got him a burrito to take for lunch the next day. Everything was wonderful and reasonably priced. They also serve breakfast; I believe they open at 6:30 AM and close at 9:45 PM. They have a drive-thru as well. My husband, who is Mexican, gave this place a thumbs up. I can’t wait to come back and try more dishes!"

"i should have taken a que from the disgruntled couple ahead of me at the register while i was waiting to be seated. a mexican restaurant SHOULD be able to seat you, take your order, and serve up 3 tacos in less than an hour. not this place. and they weren't even all that busy. service was SLOW and INATTENTIVE, i had to ask for chips (they're supposed to serve them as soon as they take your order). the chips were stale, the food was mediocre at best, the cooks got the order wrong, and i never did get the water i asked for. go somewhere else. anywhere else. I think I would order the chili relleno without extra cheese on top, and with the red sauce next time so that it wouldn't overpower the tasty pepper.
