"I'm giving this restaurant a 1-star review because every time I attempted to call and place an order, my calls were answered and then immediately disconnected. I was looking forward to trying their food since I had never been there before and had received a recommendation from a coworker. Unfortunately, since I couldn't get through at all and never had the chance to taste the food, I have to rate this establishment poorly due to their terrible customer service. Even if they are busy, they could at least refrain from answering the phone or ask customers to hold instead of simply hanging up."
