"Good Ice Cream, horribly SLOW service, even with 8 staff members behind the counter. Walked in with 1 person ahead of us (ordering as we entered) and no one else inside the place, other than the previously mentioned 8 employees, 45 minutes later myself and 4 other family members (same order) walked out with our room temperature shakes and treats (just the shakes were room temp). Would have taken the shakes back but I felt that the crowd that had stacked up whilst waiting for our order to be made, had been waiting patiently long enough. Even with the mounting customers there was no sense of urgency as it seemed whatever the conversation topics were amongst themselves, far outweighed the need to serve customers (work). That being said, the 1 or 2 staff who were actually working, HARD I might add, on filling and taking orders were extremely friendly nice! Hence the 2 stars not 1."
