"My grandparents and parents have enjoyed this place for generations but the first time I was able to experience them was 7 years ago when my now husband, took me on our first date here. We've celebrated almost every anniversary dinner here, friends birthdays, and other special occasions but Last night, we celebrated our first wedding anniversary. The service is ALWAYS top notch and the food has never been short of incredible. We had the butterfly fried shrimp for an appetizer (as we always do). For the entrée my husband ordered a dinner special of Rockfish and succotash, and I ordered the Tomahawk with a twice baked potato. I completely didn't pay attention to the menu and had no idea it came with sides, nor did I realize just how big it would be. But for reference, my husband's plate is a normal size lol. While I absolutely didn't even eat a quarter of my plate, it was all phenomenal and it came home in a doggie bag. We also had the Key Lime Delight pie and a Kahlua Coffee Chocolate mouse pie which were also *muah chefs kiss*??? My ONLY request would be to bring back the homemade Strawberry Shortcake w/ vanilla ice cream that they used to make. It was truly THE BEST in the area and when my husband took me on our first date it was for dessert and drinks so it's a little sentimental to me too. But I will forever recommended this beautiful and long standing establishment!"

"I pass by this place on my way to work every day and finally stopped in for lunch. It exceeded my expectations! The soup was fantastic, and the chicken salad was loaded with all the right ingredients. Unlike many other places that skimp on chicken and cheese, this one nailed it. The waitress was friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. I can't wait to try their breakfast soon!"

"I decided to come here on a whim and I am so glad I did! Although the exterior of the restaurant is not impressive, the atmosphere inside is fantastic. We ordered the burgers and they were delicious. The Jalapeno Poppers (with the choice of cream cheese or nacho cheese) were excellent, as were the onion rings. The service was outstanding and the prices were reasonable. I would definitely recommend this place and I look forward to trying more of their menu. Overall, I have a feeling that everything here will be amazing!"

"I returned on November 29, 2023, to try the Grilled Chicken sandwich special, and it did not disappoint! The combination of chicken, bacon, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles was absolutely delicious. My daughter ordered the sausage baked potato, and once again, it was fantastic. The smoked sausage has a unique flavor that I really enjoyed. The BBQ chopped beef potato is a must-try! It's large enough to share between two people (I cut it in half to share), and it is very filling. The onion rings were also excellent. The line can be a bit slow, but it's definitely worth the wait!"

"I recently enjoyed a takeout dinner from this restaurant, and I must say it was fantastic! The food was outstanding, earning a solid 5/5 rating. The service was equally impressive, also receiving a 5/5. The overall atmosphere is inviting, making it a top-notch experience all around. I highly recommend trying the Hamburger Steak, as it was exceptional. As for parking, there was plenty of space available, and the free parking lot was a definite plus. "My first time having Texas bbq and this is the place I picked. Smh. This is not a good bbq restaurant...at all. The food is sitting in containers (subway style) and you pick what you want through the glass. You would think getting there when they first open the food would be fresh but it was the complete opposite. I ordered the double meat meal which was brisket and sausage with mash potatoes and half a corn on the cob. The brisket was tender but dry and the sausage was grayish. The window seals were extremely dirty and I even watched a man come in from this business named The Big Sticker which was across the parking lot and go directly behind the counter, grab a cup, put ice in it and grab a drink out of the fountain drink machine. He did all of this with out washing his hands. Health Department needs to seriously look into this place."

"Family went there for dinner. Prices were decent for kids meals and size of the portions. Chose to have the extreme nachos did not quite know what to expect but they definitely hit the spot and left their feeling full and satisfied. I would certainly order it again next time. The side of queso cheese made it over the top. Girlfriend ordered cheeseburger and had no complaints. She was satisfied with her meal and was not able to completely finish it. Completely full."
