"I cannot recommend this restaurant. If you do decide to eat here, I strongly urge you to pay in cash! I ordered takeout and noticed two days later that there was an unauthorized extra charge on my account. The cashier had added an extra tip, despite my receipt clearly indicating a $0 tip for takeout orders. When I called to resolve this issue, I was surprised to find that the cashier who had processed my order answered the phone. He falsely identified himself as "Ben," but his real name is Chauncey, and he told me to come in. It turns out he is the manager, and I ended up getting the runaround about receiving a refund. I called again, and he assured me he'd call me back in 5 to 10 minutes, but I never heard from him. I strongly advise against visiting this restaurant. I can only imagine how many other customers have faced similar issues! I give it a zero out of ten! To top it off, the food made me feel ill! It truly feels like they are scamming people!"

"Gave me the spiciest wings instead of lemon pepper but the pizza is worth 5 stars. I walked in and had pizza in less than 15 minutes. It was still hot when I got back to the hotel. Workers were talkative and polite. I ordered both nights I was in Los Angeles and it was the same both times. The meaty pizza is better than the chains that I’ve had."

"I went to the restaurant at 1:30 p.m. in the afternoon. I looked at the menu which was handed to me with the lunch menu showing. I reviewed the menu and then I asked for the chicken fingers. I actually pointed to them on the menu but the waitress/managerwas standing on the other side of the bar at the register instead of standing in front of me while taking my order. I paid andthen I noticed I was charged $13 instead of $10. When I called it out and asked why since the price was $10, I was told thatthat was the lunch menu and it ends at 3:00 p.m.. given that it was only 1:30 p.m., I pointed that out and I was then told norefunds no exchanges. I was also told that despite it being lunch it is my responsibility to say I want the lunch portion. Ihave never been to this restaurant nor did I flip the menu over because I found exactly what I was looking for on the firstside. I understand the no refund no exchange policy when it is the customer's fault but I do not understand it when it is thethought of not only a waitress but the manager. It would seem to me if you have a strict policy of no refunds and no exchanges,you also bear some responsibility to make sure that you are not making assumptions about which item a customer is ordering ifyou have two possibilities. I had originally left a 20% tip which equaled $8. The difference and price of the items was $2.Thanks for saving me some money"

"Here are my thoughts after visiting the restaurant four times. The cheese bread is fantastic—definitely a 5 out of 5! For just $7.99, you get a generous portion on thick dough with plenty of cheese, comparable to the thickness of a Detroit-style pizza, and it's about the size of a medium pizza. Unfortunately, the pizza itself is just average, similar in quality to Little Caesars. As for the cinnamon sticks, I would rate them a 3 out of 5."

"The staff at this restaurant is incredibly friendly. However, I regret to say that my husband's hot wings were not fresh. Wings should be made from white meat, but these were dark. The BBQ chicken pizza lacked flavor compared to the one we had the previous day from Tumby's on Western. I could barely taste the tomato sauce and only caught a hint of BBQ on the few pieces of chicken on each slice. I wasn't sure which Tumby's he ordered from, so I chose this location, but I later learned that he has stopped coming here because of the declining quality. He feels like they are serving whatever they can because of the clientele that the area attracts - it is what it is."

"This restaurant was located close to our hotel and we were feeling hungry. It had good reviews so we decided to give it a try. We ordered the americana pizza and a beer because it was happy hour. The pizza was made quickly and had a thin crust. Some of the toppings would fall off as we ate it, but we were so hungry that we didn't really mind. The service was decent and the seating area was lovely and spacious."
