"I love Serea. But we had a server who overstayed, overshared, even asking the women at the table their age. We would tip more if he just left. We would not ask for things, fearing he would stay forever if engaged. The coursing of the plates was way off. The soup was bordering on cold. We waited an eternity for the desert. Their was also a prefix only option that the restaurant did not reveal on website or over the phone. It made the meal prohibitively expensive, $1000 for five, and a mandatory turkey serving even for our vegetarian. The turkey meal as a whole was over salted. And the desert pretty, but not good. I have had many wonderful meals at Serea, unfortunately Thanksgiving was overpriced and poorly done. It is only time I felt we were not a special restaurant, but more like tourists at an overcrowded hotel."
