"My daughter and I received the worst service ever!!!!!!! Unfortunately, I did not get the waitress name, but she was an older white woman with blonde neck length hair. I was excited to take my daughter to Chapmans because the food had always been great and service had always been amazing!! I am not sure what happened tonight, but it was giving total racism vibes from the waitress! While ordering my food, I observed the waitress, rolling her eyes and becoming frustrated because I was not ordering fast enough. I had asked the waitress about a certain glaze that I had on a sandwich last year, but was having trouble remembering the glaze, the waitress blew her breathe in frustration and gave off negative body language that stated loud and clear that we was Not welcomed there. I kindly ignored all of the waitress rude gestures and continued to be positive. My daughter sensed my frustration and asked me several times, should we leave? I told her no because I wanted her to try the food. My daughter ordered the crab dip which 10 minutes later we changed our mind and wanted to order something different, but the waitress stated that the crab dip was being made, and that we could not cancel the order even though we have not received the food at that time. I did not understand how can you not cancel an order that you had just requested 5-7 minutes after being seated. People change their minds all the time when ordering food, how were we any different? My daughter and I got up from the table and walked out. The waitress stormed behind us yelling in front of everyone “you’re not allowed to come back here.” My daughter and I just kept walking towards the car, while walking other customers was mortified at what they had observed take place. I am disappointed and greatly embarrassed, that I invited my adult daughter to a place that I had always been fond of and she and I was humiliated. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Service: 1"
