"Kitchen has to be filthy because my sandwich was toasted with fuzz all over it. It looked like it had been placed onto something very dusty prior to throwing on grill. Absolutely disgusting. Tiny micro pieces of fuzz throughout the entire slice of bread. Waitress does not know the menu well also did not know how to engage with the table. Said she never seen it before but didnt looked shocked. Also took her about 10 mins on a slow night to come back over to address the issue. Very poor management it seems. If you guys need a manager please reach out. This would have never happened on my watch."
