"Salt and Straw has hands down the best customer service. I’ve been to them twice and each time I’ve never felt rushed once I’m up to the counter to try out new flavors. They seem like they’re busy all the time but they make you feel like it’s your own experience once it’s your turn. The fall flavors right now are fun!
