"It was a very busy Saturday during the holiday season, and there was only one overwhelmed waitress attending to the entire restaurant. I felt sympathy for her as she tried to handle everything. However, I noticed that she frequently checked on the table next to us, asking if they needed anything like coffee or iced tea, while she completely ignored my partner and me after serving us one cup of coffee, our food, and the check. She never came back to see if we wanted a refill, even though she was standing right next to us with the coffee pot in hand. I paid $5.00 for two cups of coffee (along with other breakfast items), but we were never offered a refill. While I understand it was a hectic day and she was understandably frazzled, the unequal treatment of customers left a sour impression on our experience."
