"The food was good and the waiter was attentive. Unfortunately, the management seems to lack a customer service focus. During our visit today, their computer system went down right after we finished our meal, which made it impossible for us to pay. We waited for 30 minutes without resolution. When we mentioned the situation to a manager, he suggested the waiter serve us drinks and let us wait. After another 10 minutes, I asked the manager about a backup payment system, but he said there wasn't one and it would take an additional 20 minutes. Finally, the waiter brought out a manual paper credit card scanner, and just then the computer system unexpectedly resumed working. The manager apologized but explained that they avoided the paper process because of the extra cleanup it would require, making it a hassle for them. I couldn't help but feel for the customer who had to wait 45 minutes — it seemed to be of little concern to the management. Overall, it seemed like they simply didn't care about the customer's inconvenience. It's disappointing for a business, especially when there are plenty of other places for wings that prioritize their customers. I don’t think I’ll be returning."
