"Warm up the winter blues. Quick service, big bowls of pho, fresh spring rolls and the right price, on any budget, makes Pho Saigon a great stop for Vietnamese food. It isn’t a difficult formula and having fresh bean sprouts, basil and lime is much appreciated. I made the good decision to stop here for lunch after a February race with Mountain Junkies and it filled me right up! - I suppose that a good Vietnamese restaurant is in many ways the marker that a metro area has arrived, as most cities will start out with various Chinese options and even some good sushi, but finding good pho is a real treat. I haven’t been to the other option in town yet, but Pho Saigon gets two thumbs up! Would be a staple for a casual date, family meal out or even dining alone."
