"Anniversary dinner with our two children, 8 and 10. We decided to sit out on the porch on a fairly humid June evening and the ceiling fans made for a nice breeze. We find most restaurants to be overly air-conditioned, but Metro 8 didn't seem like a fridge even when we walked in - that's a huge plus for me! Our waitress was very nice and attentive without interfering. She noted that it was nice to see kids with books (and math in our conversation) instead of iPads. The steaks my husband and I ordered were as advertised and delicious. So were the pages. Our girls loved their grilled chicken. Cocktails were good and just the right strength. Highly recommended."

"I've dine at this restaurant many times and the food is great. However, if you plan to dine during the day, it's best to come during lunch period 12pm-2pm or after 3:30pm. It seems the times prior the staff goes on break. I've come in and find no one in the dining area. I think it's a little short staff at times but the staff that does notice me are attentive. The food is great and the waitress was very attentive to meeting my special requests. I will always come and dine. It's a great place to eat."

"We had pepperoni week before last-delish. Today would've been amazing if pizza was loaded with toppings like the picture. Our staff was underwhelmed but finished off the entire pie. Really good cheese."

"I took my wife out for her birthday dinner here. they had a live piano playing when we walked in, and we were immediately greeted and seated, our server was Alayna she was wonderful, she had the menu and daily specials memorized and named them off without even looking, food was great and wine selection was excellent, for a nicer formal night out I would defiantly recommend this place, pricing wasn't bad either, I will go back that's for sure! Parking: weekends are free parking on the street."
