"I often feel a lack of respect from this establishment, despite my efforts to show it. While this may not bother some people, it leaves me feeling like I'm doing something wrong by choosing to spend my money here. Additionally, it's frustrating when my hard-earned cash is placed on the table instead of being handed to me directly; it feels disrespectful. I've never been told that I’m buying too much of something, and unless you have a sign limiting cookie purchases, I suggest making more. I'll always buy them because I want to, and that shouldn’t even be a question. You have no idea what I do with them once I leave or who I might be sharing them with."

"I have visited this restaurant multiple times and always enjoy it. However, on this particular occasion, we had to wait for about an hour for our order to be taken and for our food to arrive. It was very busy and I felt sorry for our waitress. We arrived at 11:45 and the restaurant was already crowded."
