"I will never return to this location. I love First Watch, but the disrespect towards BIPOC customers is clearly a recurring issue, not just a one-time incident. This visit, I was only a couple of bites into my meal when the server brought me the check instead of asking if I needed anything else or how I was enjoying my food. After taking a few more bites, I was given a to-go box. I was so disappointed and still hungry because I would have ordered a Trileptal with a waffle to enjoy the hash later. I sat there for a few minutes to see if it was just my sensitivity, but I noticed that others had to ask for their checks. Some customers who arrived before me, as well as those who came after, were receiving the level of service that everyone deserves. Unfortunately, it seems the staff didn’t view me as deserving of that same treatment. You can see in my photos the to-go box they provided, highlighting how little I was able to eat before their obvious attempts to rush me out began."
