"Good food, disappointing service! My husband and I visited this place on a Wednesday afternoon. The atmosphere was super strange when we entered the restaurant there were couple people eating there but nobody was talking. Despite this initial oddity, we proceed to place our order. The waitress seemed very cold and disinterest towards us. Throughout our interaction, she displayed a lack of attentiveness, failing to make any eye contact and neglecting to serve us water until we had to specifically request it…To add to the disappointment, our table was positioned against a half wall, and instead of serving our food directly from the walkway adjacent to our table, the waitress inexplicably handed our dishes while she was standing on the other side of the half wall. As a result, both the dish and the rice were placed on an unoccupied seat, despite the fact that my husband and I were seated on the side facing the walkway (we were sitting on a four people dining table). This blatant oversight in proper service protocol was disconcerting and disrupted our dining experience. We also overheard that the previous customer didn’t left any tip which was not a surprise to me. We needed up left a 15% tip only due to the good food. Regrettably, the poor level of service we encountered cannot be overlooked, and we urge the owner to seriously reconsider employing such an indifferent waitress…"

"Was craving for some pad Thai and decided on this place. Also got a Thai tea and sweet milk roti (wanted sticky rice mango but wasn't available at the time at least for delivery). Pad Thai chicken: it was really rich for pad Thai lol. Super tangy saucy.....and not in a good way. Too much of a good thing I'd say. Needed much more bean sprouts for flavor balance. It inadvertently made me consider portion control since I was able to eat only a little of it at a time haha. The noodles absorbed so much of the sauce that they were a little gloopy and broke apart too easily. Thai tea: getting Thai tea is a must for me when getting food at Thai restaurants as I like how much stronger it is typically at those places compared to the one at boba shops. Pretty strong Thai tea here I'm happy to say. If I wanted to be nit-picky, I wished that there was a little less milk. From delivery I was surprised that the Thai tea arrived with a bag of ice on top lol how thoughtful. Sweet milk roti: I mean, it was delicious for a thick folded crepe that has condensed milk in it. Pretty small compared to what was expected though. Good, but $5.50-good? Very debatable. Ehhh I guess if you're trying to no-fuss find a Thai restaurant and just so happened to be in the area, this place could be considered. Pad Thai is fine in small amounts. Thai tea is good. Roti makes a great small sweet treat after the meal if you don't mind the price."
