"We visited the restaurant between lunch and dinner, and it was surprisingly empty. The leek soup, which the owner had spoken highly of, turned out to be overly starchy, and the crackers were accompanied by numerous fruit flies. Unfortunately, the food did not meet our expectations. The server was quite entertaining but kept interrupting our conversation, talking throughout our entire meal despite my attempts to redirect the focus back to our discussion. While I appreciate the establishment's historical significance, the place felt neglected and could really use a thorough cleaning. I definitely won't be coming back."
