"Ordered the fish special, it came out uncooked. Sent it back and opted for a burger because now everyone else is eating and I just want to eat. Burger comes out without the pickles which is the only thing adorning a double smash burger. Chef came out to apologize but when the bill came they had just removed the $27 charge for the fish and charged me full price for a burger that didn't even have the pickles on it. If you serve a family uncooked fish, I'm not saying there needs to be a big comp, but comp me something for this inconvenience and level of incompetence while I'm out with my wife and kids and another couple with their kids. Tried not to make a big deal of it while we were there but Open Table asked so here you go. Loved it when it was The Lake House and then McGillicuddy's, this is the 3rd or 4th lousy visit to Deal Lake Bar Co, sadly we won't be returning."
