"First it was the receptionist who did not greet or even look at the customers when they walked in. Second, I ordered a caramel milk tea and it was the worse milk tea I’ve ever tried. I could taste the sugar apart from the milk tea, it also tasted like coffee, it was just bad. Last, it was the receptionist again, she did not even say thank you when I picked up the drinks. I felt unwelcome so I won’t return."
