"Burger lacked flavor. The cheese didn't melt on sandwich. The fries were limp, barely warm. There was only 2 people working when it was extremely busy. The cashier would take several orders then go cook burgers, make sandwiches, cook chicken tenders. The other worker helped with fries, making milk shakes, and delivering the order. They were working very hard. The owner of this franchise should be ashamed of himself/herself. The Johnny Rockets at Harrah Casino in Cherokee, NC is terrible!!! O yeah the floor was so greasey that the employees were sliding on them while wearing no skid shoes. Disgustingly managed!"
