"This place is a dive with subpar food and a strong smell of cigarettes. I first ordered the tomato basil soup, but I was informed 10 minutes later that they didn't have it. Then I tried to order their supposedly famous ribs, only to be told after another 10 minutes that they weren't ready yet. I had made a reservation via OpenTable, but when we arrived, we were told they don't take reservations on Saturdays. What a letdown! We eventually settled for nachos and burgers, but none of us enjoyed our meals. Out of four people, not one of us could finish even half of what we ordered. I recommend skipping this place and not trusting the OpenTable ratings—they're seriously misleading at an average of 4.3 stars. Instead, head over to Bagel Boys next door. You'll be much happier with your meal, and it'll definitely cost you less without the need for a restroom dash afterwards."
