"Only read this review if you are a fan of outstanding pizza and exceptional customer service. My experience began tonight with Theresa, who answered the phone and made me feel valued as a customer, even while I was placed on a brief hold. When I arrived, I discovered that my Tucson Originals promotional e-gift card had expired a day earlier than the stated date. However, Scott graciously offered to extend a loan, even though he explained that refunds aren't possible at Fiamme Pizza. While Theresa and I were figuring out the Instagift app, Scott set to work preparing another pizza to ensure I left with a piping hot and fresh one. After the transaction was completed, Theresa kindly asked for my review. As you can see from my photo, the Pizza Bianca was delicious down to the last bite, complemented by a fantastic customer service experience that has transformed me from a Fiamme fan into a loyal advocate!"
