"I’ve been making pizzas for nearly a decade and have experience in various pizzerias, primarily those with Brooklyn-style brick ovens. Local Pie really exceeded my expectations with its fantastic dough, delicious sauce, and fresh, high-quality ingredients. I have to say, I've seen Dave from One Bite’s ratings, but it seems he’s never worked in an authentic pizzeria and likely accepts payments for high ratings. This pizza deserves at least a 9, if not a 10! We tried the margarita-style pie, but I’ll definitely be back to sample the plain cheese. The garlic knots were superb, easily the best I’ve ever had—far surpassing any I’ve made in past restaurants."
